During use

Directions For Use

Spray GRIFFON Sealant Finisher or an acid-free soap-water solution over the applied sealant joint. Moisten the flat side of the GRIFFON Sealant Finishing Tool with GRIFFON Sealant Finisher. Place the flat side of the tool with the exact joint width dimension onto the joint and smoothen the sealant by pulling the Finishing Tool towards you. Note: keep the tool tight against the substrate and the wall. Wipe off the excess sealant on a cloth. Let the sealant cure according to the instructions of the respective sealant.

Points of attention

· Check beforehand if the joint width is the same over its entire length. · Smooth horizontal joints in sanitary areas at a 45-degree angle to allow water to drain properly. This prevents dirt and soap residue from being left behind, which can cause mould. · The Sealant Finishing Tool is easy to clean with a damp cloth or GRIFFON Wipes. · Use the small diameter of the Sealant Finishing Tool to remove excess sealant between the tile joints.
