For bonding and assembling many building materials on virtually all substrates, such as polystyrene foam, wood, metal, synthetics, ceramic, stone, plasterwork and (cellular) concrete. Suitable for internal applications, such as timber framework, skirting boards, paneling, laths, doorsteps, window sills, drywalls, sheet and insulation material, decorative edging and decorative materials. Only applicable if at least one of the two surfaces is porous.
The ambient temperature, the adhesive and the materials to be bonded should be no less than +5°C.
Preliminary surface treatment
Parts must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Surface must be solid.
Putty knife or spatula, glue spreader (2 mm) and rubber mallet.
Directions for use
Depending on the weight of the material, apply the adhesive evenly in dots at intervals of between 10 and 30 cm, e.g. with a spatula or putty knife. For full surface bonding spread the adhesive with a glue spreader (2 mm). Always apply adhesive to the corners and along the edges. Assemble materials with a pushing movement and press or knock firmly together. Correction is still possible. For heavy materials fasten or support where necessary. Close the bucket properly immediately after use.
Points of attention
When bonding pure gypsum materials first do a test bonding. If the surface is very loose, first treat with a penetrating primer or fixation agent.
Remove adhesive residues immediately with water. Dry adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
Store dry in sealed packaging between +5°C and +25°C.
