Griffon expands its HBS-200® Liquid Rubber range with a new 310g cartridge. In addition to the buckets (1L, 5L and 16L) and HBS-200® Tape, Griffon is now launching a cartridge on the market that makes it even easier to make seams, cracks, tears and penetrations water and airtight. This specially thickened tube quality is extremely suitable for making floor-wall connections, frame connections, roof penetrations and expansion joints water and airtight.
HBS-200® Liquid Rubber is the universal, protective sealant for the permanently elastic and durable sealing and protection of almost all materials and substrates. The 100% waterproof and airtight product is easy and quick to process. The ideal sealant
Griffon HBS-200® Liquid Rubber is the ideal sealant, protection and repair for indoor and outdoor use. It does not allow water, moisture and chemicals to pass through. It is solvent and VOC free, non-toxic and water based. Its very high, long-lasting elasticity - up to 900% - always shrinks back to its original size. Furthermore, the product is weather, UV and salt resistant and can withstand large temperature changes (-40°C to +160°C). HBS-200® Liquid Rubber adheres well to many substrates, such as concrete, stone, wood, PVC, zinc, bitumen, EPDM and metal.
Extensively tested and certified
HBS-200® Liquid Rubber in a cartridge is CE certified for waterproofing and protecting structures below ground level, foundations and basement exterior walls (in accordance with EN 15814). The 100% water and airtight effectiveness of this universal coating has been proven on the basis of the European standards EN 1026, EN 1027, EN 12114. The durability of HBS-200® Liquid Rubber in roofing applications has been intensively tested according to EN 1297.
