No more waiting for the perfect weather conditions to make dome windows, eaves, sealing roofs or any other exterior waterproofing and coating job water and airtight. With SMP-300® , Griffon offers a solution that helps professional builders, applicators and handymen get the job done on time, despite the weather conditions.

Thanks to its innovative SMP technology, the SMP-300® coating can be applied to damp surfaces, ideal for application during uncertain weather conditions. In addition, SMP-300® coating has superior adhesion to all surfaces, is self-levelling, does not shrink, and is weather and UV resistant. The coating is easily applied and can be painted or plastered over. This also makes it perfect for airtight indoor construction.

Elastic, air and watertight
The high-quality water and airtight elastic coating is based on innovative SMP technology and is perfectly suited for sealing floors, walls, joints and all other types of surfaces or penetrations as well as joining building components and building elements. The new SMP-300® coating is free of bitumen, isocyanates and solvents.

Tested and certified
The Griffon SMP-300® range provides high-quality sealing and protection of almost all surfaces. SMP-300® coating is tested according to European standards EN 1026, EN 1027 and EN 12114, EN 1504-2 for water and air tightness. In addition, the sealing and protective coating has been awarded the EMICODE® EC-1 Plus emission premium class.
