Griffon IPS-300® surface impregnator is an invisible, water-based, mineral surface impregnator suitable for absorbent and porous surfaces such as façades, masonry, paving, terraces and swimming pool edges (brick, concrete, sand-lime brick, sandstone, limestone, porous natural stone and tiles). The treated surface becomes water and dirt-repellent, does not change colour and remains vapour permeable. IPS-300® provides 10 years of protection against rain and dirt and improves insulation performance, leading to energy savings. The product is KOMO approved according to BRL 1154: The KOMO certification confirms the excellent performance in terms of penetration depth, waterproofness and durability (UV resistance, moisture and temperature fluctuations and vapour permeability).
